Baba Baidyanath Dham Deoghar Recruitment 2026: देवघर मंदिर प्रशासन ने बाबा बैद्यनाथ धाम में श्रद्धालुओं की सुविधा और बेहतर व्यवस्था को ध्यान में रखते हुए 4 पदों पर संविदा आधारित नियुक्ति के लिए आवेदन आमंत्रित किए हैं। यह नियुक्ति वॉक-इन इंटरव्यू (Walk-in Interview) के माध्यम से लिया जा रहा है जिसमे विशेष रूप से भीड़ प्रबंधन, समन्वय और दर्शन व्यवस्था को सुचारू बनाने के उद्देश्य से की जा रही है, ताकि बाबा बैद्यनाथ धाम आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं को बिना किसी परेशानी के सहज और सुरक्षित दर्शन की सुविधा मिल सके। प्रशासन का कहना है कि बढ़ती श्रद्धालुओं की संख्या और विशेष अवसरों पर होने वाली भारी भीड़ को नियंत्रित करने के लिए यह कदम उठाया गया है।
इन पदों पर चयनित अभ्यर्थियों की नियुक्ति पूरी तरह संविदा (Contractual Basis) पर की जाएगी। चयनित कर्मियों की जिम्मेदारी मंदिर परिसर और उससे जुड़ी व्यवस्थाओं में अनुशासन बनाए रखना, श्रद्धालुओं की आवाजाही को व्यवस्थित करना, सुरक्षा व्यवस्था में सहयोग देना तथा भीड़भाड़ के समय प्रशासनिक समन्वय को मजबूत करना होगा। खासकर सावन, त्योहारों और अधिक भीड़भाड़ वाले दिनों में इन कर्मियों की भूमिका काफी महत्वपूर्ण मानी जा रही है, जिससे श्रद्धालुओं को बेहतर सुविधा और मंदिर प्रशासन को सुचारू संचालन में सहायता मिल सके।

Eligibility Criteria

Remuneration

Job Responsibilities
- Assisting in crowd regulation and orderly movement of devotees at Baba Baidyanath Dham
- Supporting arrangements for smooth and hassle-free darshan
- Guiding devotees, addressing basic queries, and ensuring proper queue management
- Providing on-ground support during peak seasons, festivals, and special occasions
- Assisting in protocol arrangements at Baba Baidyanath Mandir, Deoghar.
- Liaison with district officials, temple administration, security personnel, and support staff.
- Ensuring smooth movement, scheduling, and hospitality arrangements for visiting dignitaries
